Please remember to book all services that you want to receive when booking. If you are unsure of what services you need please feel free to book a consultation and I will be more than happy to assist you.


DUE TO THE LARGE INCREASE IN CANCELLATIONS,

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE!!!!
Although I wish I did not have to result to this, my livelihood depends on you. Thank you for understanding.

****RESCHEDULING****

You can reschedule and apply your previous deposit to your new appointment within 24 hours of your appointment. After 24 hours you will lose your deposit.
Please note: Same day cancellations will forfeit your deposit. Any rescheduled appointment must be rescheduled 30 days from the date of your appointment, or you will forfeit your deposit.


No services can be added the day of your appointment.
No services can be deleted without charge the same day of your appointment.

IF I AM MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE STARTING ON YOUR SERVICE YOUR SERVICE WILL BE DISCOUNTED

***NO CALL AND NO SHOWS****

You will have a 15 minute grace period for your appointment

After 15 minutes you must reschedule.


NO CALL, NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of the service booked and will result in being blocked from future booking.

Also note Sunday and Monday are my days off. If there are any calls or text after hours or on my days off they will be returned on the following business day. Please be sure to notate your appointment day and time after booking. An email confirming your appointment will also be sent to you after you book your appointment.

A waitlist has been added to the site. You can now add your name to the waitlist and be notified of any cancellations on the day that you desire.

Please remember no extra people or children allowed during appts unless they are being serviced and also please bring headphones or an earpiece if you plan to talk on your phone or watch videos. Please refrain from using speakerphone in respect to our other clients and stylist.
